This is a modern 14kt white gold pendant.  The natural Blue Topaz center stone is oval shaped, cabochon cut (7.18 ct) and  surrounded by a hand made hammered finish in14kt white gold.  The pendant is enhanced beautifully by the bail which has .12ct (tw)  of diamonds.
