18kt White Gold Yellow Sapphire and Diamond Pendant

A wonderful 18kt white gold pendant with a heart shaped Yellow Sapphire set atopa plaque of melee Diamonds.  The double bail is enhanced with round brilliant diamonds as well.  The total Diamond weight is .90ct.    The galley has intricate scroll work which also makes this piece beautiful.  A custom design by Jorge Adeler.
