Two schoolgirls had a "brain blast" in August 2005 to create a Treasure Hunt to "thank" American troops and their families with the gift of education. Their enthusiasm captured the support of their teacher, their parents, neighbors, corporations and Congress -- and, ultimately, it snowballed into a national treasure hunt with awesome prizes which raises funds for scholarships.

Adeler Jewelers donates treasure chest grand prize for the 2007 treasure hunt. Below are the prizes for each phase. For phase three, each winner also received three valuable gems, an authentic Civil War bullet and an ancient Roman coin -- all in a keepsake box donated by Adeler Jewelers.
