Returns are easy within 14 days of the product ship date if returned by mail in NEW condition and with original sales receipt. Please make note of the reason for return. The item(s) must be returned in its original packaging and gift box.*
You may ship via the carrier of your choice. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination. AdelerJewelers.com will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender.

*You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases, you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection (up to 5 business days), and processing from your credit card company (up to 5 business days). We reserve the right to refuse pieces that we determine are not in NEW condition, or to charge an additional fee for polishing or repairing a piece before issuing a refund. Items that show signs of wear or have been resized (by a jeweler other than AdelerJewelers.com), engraved, altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. We will notify you via email with the details of your refund and will issue your refund in the form of payment used to make your purchase or merchanise credit if item was a gift.
PLEASE NOTE: Our retail store and on-line stores are two separate divisions. Internet merchandise is NOT AVAILABLE in our retail store. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit. To return a gift item, please read the return instructions above and be sure to include the original gift receipt.
To manage our costs, we do not allow comparison purchasing. Comparison purchasing is the act of buying several items with the intent of keeping the one you like best and returning the remainder. This causes undue restocking and inventory overhead and can be very costly. If we determine that this type of purchase has taken place, we reserve the right to subject your refund to a restocking fee of 10% of returned items purchase price.
